Primer for bonding preparation of TR and SBR rubber surfaces; particularly soles and half soles.
Halogenating primer modifies chemically rubber surfaces and makes them suitable for being bonded with polyurethane based adhesives.
Used for shoe manufacture and for shoe repair when TR and SBR rubber surfaces are involved (soles and half soles).
