Since 1960, we have specialised in the production of adhesives and glues for industry and various professional sectors, making quality and customer satisfaction our main objective.
Research and development
We have always paid considerable attention to researching new bonding solutions to meet our customers’ needs. The variety of synthetic materials available today requires us to constantly improve our adhesives.
Raw materials
In the selection of the raw materials we have a long lasting cooperation with the most important chemical industries. We buy exclusively “first choice” raw materials that comply with our technical specifications. The data sheets are accurately checked before the acceptance of the materials.
Production: chemical reactions and dissolution
Polychloroprene and polyurethane adhesives are processed in specially equipped mixers with dedicated cooling systems. Each production run is constantly monitored, both during the pre-reaction phase and during the dissolution of the raw materials.
Labelling
We can prepare every kind of cans format by means of semi-automatic labelling machines. This allow us to meet the increasing market requirements concerning the production of adhesives with customised brand. The use of polished autoadhesive labels and the accuracy of our labelling equipments allow reaching results comparable to lithographs; at the same time, we conserve a great flexibility in preparing the working orders.
Storage and packaging
At the end of the production, the adhesives are moved into tanks with a capacity of 500 or 1000 litres to begin the packaging process. This is fulfilled by means of semi-automatic machines and is managed in a way to supply ever “last production adhesives” Every single package is marked with a batch number and a sample of each production is stored in a specific area of the factory.
Transport
The transport of our products is managed by means of proprietary vehicles and national/international carriers able to transport in ADR regime.
